Terms
Last updated: 24/09/2026
Tdgram (“TDGram”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is owned and operated by Cronweb Solutions Private Limited.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TDGram, including the website, customer dashboard, wallet, social-media marketing services, API, reseller features, affiliate features, support systems, and any related functionality.
By accessing TDGram, creating an account, adding funds, placing an order, using the API, or using any TDGram service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use TDGram.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
By using TDGram, you represent that:
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you are authorized to use any payment method you submit;
- you have authority to order services for any social-media account, page, post, website, or other resource you submit;
- your use of TDGram complies with applicable law.
2. Nature of Our Services
TDGram provides access to social-media marketing and engagement services that may include, depending on current availability:
- followers;
- likes;
- views;
- subscribers;
- reactions;
- comments;
- shares;
- saves;
- impressions;
- reach;
- members;
- traffic;
- engagement;
- related promotional services.
Services may be delivered directly, automatically, or through independent third-party providers.
Availability, speed, quality, refill conditions, cancellation availability, minimum quantities, maximum quantities, and other characteristics vary by service.
The individual service description shown at the time an order is placed forms an important part of that order's terms.
3. Independent Service
TDGram is independent from the social-media platforms represented in our service catalogue.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, TDGram is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official partner of Instagram, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, Spotify, Twitch, Discord, or any other social network or platform.
All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Your Responsibility for Platform Rules
Social-media platforms maintain their own terms, policies, algorithms, enforcement systems, and acceptable-use rules.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended use of a TDGram service is appropriate for your account and complies with the rules applicable to you.
TDGram does not guarantee that purchasing or using any service:
- complies with every third-party platform's policies;
- will improve ranking or reach;
- will produce sales or revenue;
- will result in organic engagement;
- will prevent account restrictions;
- will prevent algorithmic changes;
- will prevent removal of delivered engagement.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for your TDGram account and credentials.
You must:
- use accurate account information;
- maintain a secure password;
- protect API keys;
- prevent unauthorized access;
- notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not sell, transfer, rent, or share an account in a way that creates fraud, abuse, or security risks.
We may treat actions performed through authenticated credentials as authorized unless circumstances reasonably indicate otherwise.
6. Orders
You are responsible for reviewing an order before submitting it.
You must verify:
- service;
- quantity;
- target URL;
- username or identifier where applicable;
- service description;
- refill conditions;
- cancellation availability;
- pricing.
Once submitted, an order may immediately be transmitted to an external provider and may become irreversible.
Incorrect Links
TDGram is not responsible for losses caused by:
- incorrect URLs;
- incorrect usernames;
- incorrect post identifiers;
- private accounts;
- deleted content;
- renamed usernames;
- changed URLs;
- inaccessible content;
- unsupported content.
An order delivered to the target you submitted is considered correctly processed even if you intended to submit a different target.
Orders will not be refunded simply because the customer entered incorrect information.
7. Public Accounts and Accessible Content
Where service delivery requires public access, the applicable account, post, page, video, channel, or content must remain publicly accessible until the order is completed.
If delivery fails or becomes incomplete because you:
- make an account private;
- remove a post;
- change a username;
- alter the target URL;
- disable content;
- restrict geographic availability;
- otherwise prevent access,
you may lose eligibility for cancellation, refill, or refund.
8. Delivery Times
All delivery times, start times, daily speeds, completion estimates, or average completion times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
An order may be delayed because of:
- provider capacity;
- platform changes;
- demand;
- maintenance;
- account restrictions;
- service instability;
- external API outages;
- third-party platform outages;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
A delay alone does not automatically create a right to a cash refund.
9. Service Quantities and Counts
Social-media counts constantly change because of:
- organic followers or views;
- removals by platform operators;
- other simultaneous campaigns;
- previous marketing services;
- customer activity;
- platform audits.
You are responsible for recording your own baseline counts where this may become relevant to a dispute.
TDGram may rely on provider and system records when determining delivery, remaining quantity, refill eligibility, partial completion, or refund amount.
10. Drops and Refill Services
Some services include a refill guarantee. Others expressly do not.
No refill entitlement exists unless the selected service states that a refill is available.
Where refill protection is offered:
- the refill applies only during the specified refill period;
- the original target must remain accessible;
- the account must satisfy the service conditions;
- the customer must submit the request within the allowed period;
- refill availability may depend on the original provider;
- ordinary organic fluctuations may not be treated as service drops.
Do not place another order for the same target while a refill investigation or refill request is active unless instructed to do so. Overlapping orders may make accurate measurement impossible and may invalidate refill eligibility.
A refill guarantee does not mean permanent lifetime retention.
11. Wallet and Deposits
Payments generally add credit to your TDGram wallet.
Your TDGram wallet is an internal purchasing balance and is not a bank account.
Unless TDGram expressly provides another function:
- wallet credit is intended for purchasing TDGram services;
- wallet balances are non-transferable;
- wallet balances cannot be sold;
- adding funds does not guarantee availability of any particular future service;
- affiliate earnings are governed separately from normal customer deposits.
12. Payment Verification
A payment is considered credited only after TDGram has received sufficient authoritative confirmation.
A browser redirect, screenshot, payment receipt, transaction identifier, or customer statement by itself does not require TDGram to credit an account.
We may verify payments with the relevant gateway or financial provider before crediting a wallet.
Payments that are:
- incomplete;
- duplicated;
- suspicious;
- underpaid;
- overpaid;
- sent using an unsupported currency;
- associated with inconsistent information;
- subject to compliance review
may remain pending while investigated.
13. Refund Policy
Because TDGram provides automated digital services that may begin processing immediately, all sales are generally final once an order has begun processing or has been submitted to a provider.
Except where required by applicable law, refunds are governed by the following rules.
13.1 Completed Orders
No refund will be provided for an order marked completed merely because:
- engagement later decreases;
- results did not meet personal expectations;
- the service did not increase revenue;
- the service did not improve reach or ranking;
- the third-party platform subsequently removed engagement.
Refill rights, if any, are determined separately by the service description.
13.2 Partial Orders
If an order is legitimately marked Partial, TDGram may refund the value of the objectively undelivered portion.
The refund is calculated using TDGram's order records and is ordinarily credited back to the customer's TDGram wallet, not to the original payment method.
13.3 Cancelled Orders
Where an order is legitimately cancelled before full delivery, any applicable refund is ordinarily limited to the amount associated with the undelivered portion.
The resulting credit will normally be returned to the TDGram wallet.
13.4 Failed or Undeliverable Orders
Where TDGram or its provider determines that an order cannot be delivered and cancellation/refund is appropriate, TDGram may issue an applicable wallet credit.
13.5 No Refund for Customer Error
Refunds are not due where non-delivery, loss, or incorrect delivery is caused by:
- incorrect target information;
- a private account;
- inaccessible content;
- deleted content;
- changed username;
- changed link;
- unsupported target;
- violation of service instructions;
- overlapping campaigns;
- customer actions that interfere with measurement or delivery.
13.6 Deposited Wallet Funds
Except where required by law, amounts successfully credited to a TDGram wallet are not refundable or withdrawable as cash merely because the customer changes their mind, no longer requires the service, or does not use the balance.
Where an actual duplicate payment, payment error, unauthorized payment, or other exceptional circumstance is established, TDGram may review the matter individually.
13.7 Refund Method
An order-related refund normally means wallet credit, not reversal to a card, bank account, UPI account, cryptocurrency address, PayPal account, or other original funding source.
This is because the underlying payment and the individual order are separate transactions: payment funds the TDGram wallet, and orders consume that wallet.
Nothing in these Terms removes refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Cancellation Policy
Orders are not generally cancellable after submission.
Cancellation is available only where:
- the service supports cancellation;
- the order is in a state that can still be cancelled;
- the underlying provider accepts the cancellation.
Submitting a cancellation request does not mean the order has been cancelled.
The order may continue processing while a cancellation request is pending.
No cancellation is guaranteed after an order has entered processing, active, in-progress, or another irreversible provider state.
If cancellation is accepted, any applicable refund is limited to the qualifying undelivered portion and will normally be returned as wallet credit.
15. No Chargeback as a Substitute for Support
If you believe a deposit or service is incorrect, contact TDGram through /contact before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent, knowingly false, or abusive disputes may result in:
- account restriction or suspension;
- removal of improperly credited balance;
- reversal of related bonuses;
- restriction of future payments;
- recovery of losses reasonably caused by the dispute.
Nothing in this provision prevents you from exercising a legitimate right provided by law or your payment provider.
16. Pricing
Prices may change at any time because provider rates, currencies, service quality, availability, or other costs change.
A price displayed before an order is created does not guarantee that price indefinitely.
Once an order is validly submitted, the price recorded for that order governs that order unless an obvious technical pricing error occurred.
We may correct obvious pricing or configuration errors.
17. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses, credits, coupons, promotions, and special pricing may have separate eligibility requirements.
Unless expressly stated:
- promotional credit has no cash value;
- promotional credit is non-transferable;
- abusive or duplicate claims may be reversed;
- promotions may be amended or discontinued.
18. API Use
Where API access is provided, you are responsible for:
- protecting your API key;
- validating your own requests;
- preventing duplicate submissions;
- respecting request limits;
- handling API responses correctly;
- reconciling uncertain network failures before retrying.
If you operate your own service or panel using TDGram's API, you remain responsible for your customers, pricing, support, disclosures, taxes, policies, and compliance obligations.
TDGram is not responsible for promises made by you to your customers.
19. Reseller and White-Label Features
Where available, reseller features allow eligible users to operate separate storefronts or resell services.
A reseller is responsible for:
- their own customers;
- branding;
- retail pricing;
- customer representations;
- refund promises made beyond TDGram's actual service conditions;
- applicable legal obligations;
- support provided to their customers.
TDGram may modify, restrict, or discontinue reseller functionality where required for security, legal, operational, or commercial reasons.
20. Affiliate Program
Where the TDGram affiliate program is enabled, participation is subject to its displayed rules and settings.
Affiliate commissions:
- are not automatically part of the normal wallet until approved or paid;
- apply only to eligible referred activity;
- may be subject to a holding period;
- may be reversed where an underlying transaction is refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, misleading advertising, automated referral abuse, cookie manipulation, or fraudulent referrals may result in suspension and forfeiture of affected unpaid commissions.
21. Prohibited Uses
You may not use TDGram to:
- violate applicable law;
- commit fraud;
- impersonate another person;
- use stolen payment instruments;
- distribute malware;
- attack or disrupt TDGram;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape restricted portions of the service;
- bypass security or rate limits;
- abuse payment systems;
- manipulate affiliate tracking;
- exploit pricing or technical errors;
- submit unlawful content;
- use our systems for spam or abusive automation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts reasonably believed to be engaged in prohibited activity.
22. Account Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- fraud;
- security risk;
- payment disputes;
- abuse;
- unlawful activity;
- violation of these Terms;
- attempts to manipulate orders, refunds, bonuses, or affiliate commissions;
- threats to our infrastructure or other users.
Where appropriate, we may preserve transactional and security records after account closure.
Account termination does not cancel liabilities or obligations that arose before termination.
23. Service Changes
SMM services depend heavily on third-party providers and social platforms.
We may therefore:
- add services;
- discontinue services;
- change providers;
- change prices;
- change estimated speed;
- modify quantities;
- modify refill availability;
- temporarily disable unstable services.
Where an already-paid order is materially affected, we will handle the order based on its actual delivery status and applicable refund rules.
24. Third-Party Services
TDGram integrates with independent providers, payment gateways, social networks, and other services.
We do not control those third parties.
We are not responsible for:
- their outages;
- their terms;
- their independent security failures;
- their platform-policy changes;
- account restrictions imposed by them;
- algorithms;
- content moderation;
- removal of engagement.
25. No Guarantee of Business or Marketing Results
TDGram sells defined digital services.
We do not guarantee:
- followers will become customers;
- views will produce revenue;
- engagement will become organic;
- an account will become verified;
- content will go viral;
- rankings will improve;
- algorithms will favor your content;
- an account will avoid suspension or moderation.
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside TDGram's control.
26. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDGram is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
We do not warrant that:
- every service will always be available;
- every order will begin immediately;
- every delivered unit will remain permanently;
- every third-party API will remain operational;
- the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Specific refund or refill commitments expressly stated for a service remain subject to their stated conditions.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cronweb Solutions Private Limited and TDGram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or speculative losses, including loss of:
- profits;
- revenue;
- customers;
- opportunities;
- reputation;
- social-media reach;
- account access;
- data.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a particular paid service will, to the extent permitted by law, not exceed the amount you actually paid TDGram for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
28. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cronweb Solutions Private Limited, TDGram, and their personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:
- your unlawful use of TDGram;
- your violation of these Terms;
- content or accounts you submit without authority;
- fraud committed through your account;
- claims arising from your own customers where you resell TDGram services;
- your violation of third-party rights.
29. Intellectual Property
TDGram's original website content, branding, software, layout, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of TDGram intellectual property to you.
Third-party names, service marks, and social-media logos remain the property of their respective owners.
30. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including:
- internet or hosting failures;
- platform outages;
- provider outages;
- cyberattacks;
- telecommunications failures;
- natural disasters;
- government action;
- regulatory restrictions;
- major third-party infrastructure failures.
31. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
- services;
- payment methods;
- business operations;
- legal requirements;
- security requirements;
- third-party platforms.
Updated Terms become effective when published unless a later date is stated.
Continued use of TDGram after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.
An invalid provision should be interpreted as narrowly as necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
33. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
34. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or other rights that may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or tribunals having jurisdiction over Cronweb Solutions Private Limited, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
35. Contact and Complaints
Questions about these Terms, an order, a payment, a refund request, cancellation, legal matter, or complaint should be submitted through the TDGram Contact page at /contact.
When contacting us regarding an order or transaction, include the relevant TDGram order or transaction reference where available.
